One of the many perks of owning a business like Durango Mountain Bike Tours is the amount of really cool people you get to meet. Brian and his daughter Emma definitely fall into that category. Brian works for Chevron in Houston and Emma is about to start her sophomore year Alabama (Roll Tide). Neither are “avid” Mt bikers, but both were super stoked to get out and have “a true Colorado Experience.” Brian was just getting over being sick and was a little reserved, but he persevered to have a great time with his daughter. Emma, a great athlete, was all about it and got after it on every climb and downhill. 4 1/2 hours later, we covered over 16 miles and did an entire single track loop around Durango. Can’t wait to ride with these guys again!
